Chat GPT 오픈AI가 화두로 떠오르고 있습니다. 10년 전만 하더라도 기계와 대화하는 것은 정말 말도안되는 것이라고 생각했는데요. 이제는 점점 현실로 다가오고 있습니다. 마이크로소프트에서 12조원을 투자한 챗 GPT에 대해서 알아보고 사용 후 느낀점과 특징들을 정리해보려고 합니다. 그리고 한글은 어떻게 인식하는지도 같이 알아보겠습니다.

테스트를 해보니 가능한 부분도 있고 아닌 부분도 있었다. 일단 가능한 부분에 대해서 알아보자면 다음과 같다.

eval()함수에 대해서 사용하지 말라는 내용도 들어있는 걸 보아하니 꽤나 똑똑한 놈인게 틀림없다. 뿐만 아니라 니콜라스의 유튜버에 의견에 따르면 일반 IT테크기업의 코딩테스트도 무난히 통과할 수 있는 수준이라고 말했다.

잠재성과 한계

ChatGPT의 잠재력을 무시할 수 없고, 구글의 모회사인 알파벳의 CEO도 고민하고 있다. 더 많은 데이터를 축적하고 한계를 극복한다면 이것은 사용자가 검색할 대상에 대한 정보를 직접 입력해야 하는 현재의 검색 구문을 완전히 바꾸는 기술이 될 것이기 때문에 장기적으로 모든 것을 대체할 수 있는 기술이다. 구글을 비롯한 검색 엔진들과 그러나 이러한 잠재적 문제(영문)도 존재하므로 성급한 예측은 금지됩니다. 빅데이터 봇이기 때문에 영어로 물어보면 한국어보다 정확도는 높지만 100% 정확하지는 않습니다.

특히 머신러닝 AI 모델의 오랜 문제인 편향 문제를 없애지 못한다. AI가 가치중립적으로 보이더라도 결국 AI는 인공 데이터에서 배우기 때문에 편향에서 자유로울 수 없습니다. 이러한 문제에서 상대적으로 자유로운 사진, 음악, 게임 알고리즘 유형과 달리 다양한 종류의 지식을 다루는 ChatGPT의 특성상 편견 문제에 강하게 노출될 가능성이 높습니다. 또한 금지 및 주사 지침 설정에 제작팀이 직접 참여하여 인간 편향 문제가 발생했습니다. 즉, 논란의 여지가 있는 질문일수록 답변을 신뢰하지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 오답을 제보해 주시면 앞으로 문제를 다시 출제할 때 이전 답변 중 일부를 수정하실 수 있을 것 같아보인다.
